To see the shipping cost of your order please select the products you want and go to the checkout where you need to enter the shipping destination and click "Continue to Shipping Method" - the system will then automatically calculate the charge for you - you do not have to complete the buying process if you do not wish, just return to your cart via the links at the bottom of the screen.
VAT may be excluded for orders from outside EU and from EU countries (other than the UK) provided you state your VAT number on the order form.
Our delivery service will require signature on delivery and will attempt delivery to your specified delivery address several times. If you are unavailable to receive your delivery they will leave instructions for you to collect the package(s).
If you fail to collect within a week then the items may be returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged but is chargeable. Should you not wish for the item(s) to be re-shipped then the return will be treated as a return as per our returns policy.
We try to keep a number of products in stock but due to the high number of colours and sizes we offer eg. breeches, it is not possible to hold every combination and some delay may occur. For customised products please expect 4-6 weeks delivery as a minimum. Some disruption in deliveries may occur during July/August and Xmas due to factory shut-down.
Out of stock items will usually be despatched within 28 working days. However, customized products like Pikeur Jackets and breeches in special colours may take slightly longer.
You have the right to cancel your order by notifying us by email should you not wish to wait for the despatch, unless the order is for a customized product and the manufacturing process has commenced, in which case there will be a cancellation charge of 20% of the value of the cancelled product.
If you are registered for VAT within the European Union (other than the UK) your order will exclude VAT provided you send us proof of registration.
Orders to non-EU are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero. However, individual countries may impose local taxes and import duties on arrival which is the responsibility of the customer.

Prices quoted in $ are for information only. Our products are priced in £ and your credit card company will convert to $ at their prevailing exchange rate.
Deliveries are made on an FOB basis - i.e. any import duty and local taxes are buyers responsibility.

Delivery Schedule
If goods are in stock, despatch will be same day, if your order has been received before 12am, but under exceptional circumstances or demand, please allow 8-10 working days for the UK and in general for overseas.We try to keep a number of products in stock but due to the high number of colours and sizes we offer eg. breeches, it is not possible to hold every combination and some delay may occur. Any delay exceeding the above will immediately be communicated to you.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products on this website come on 14 days unconditional approval . We will refund any item returned unused and unsoiled within 14 days.
