How do I purchase a product?
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click "Add to Basket" for any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. You will be asked to enter the quantity you wish to buy and to confirm your selection. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfill your order. You can view your "Shopping Cart" at any time whilst shopping.

How do I view my shopping cart?
You can view your "Shopping Cart" at any time whilst shopping, by clicking on the “View Cart” tab at the top right corner of every page.

How do I find out more information about particular products?
With some products you may need additional information such as; how to fit body protectors, riding hats etc, you can click on the links at the top of the product page for lots more information and helpful tips.

How do I know what size to buy?
Most products have a size chart to guide you, as all our manufacturers have different sizing. However if you need any help don’t hesitate to contact us. Click on the Size Guide link to view the size chart for those products.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. For security reasons payment will charged at the time of ordering via HSBC Bank.

If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. We do not accept bank transfers.

I would prefer not to give my credit card information over the Internet, is there any other way I can make payment?
We use a secure online shopping cart to ensure your credit card details are always secure and safe. However you can telephone us with your credit card details and order.

How much is the shipping cost?
The cost of shipping depends upon the shipping destination, the weight and the shape of the goods you are ordering. To see the shipping cost of your order please select the products you are interested in and go to the checkout where you need to enter the shipping destination and click “Next” - the system will then automatically calculate the charge for you - you do not have to complete the buying process if you do not wish, just click Cancel at the bottom of the screen.

Is VAT applicable to me?
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. Children's clothing up to the age of 13 is zero rated.

If you are registered VAT company within the European Union (other than the UK) your order will exclude VAT; enter your valid VAT number when prompted in the checkout. Orders to non-EU countries are VAT free and when selecting the shipping country outside the EU the VAT will automatically be deducted.

Are Duty and Taxes included?
No - any duty and local taxes which may apply when importing our products to your country is payable by yourself.

When will my order be dispatched?
If goods are in stock, dispatch will be same day, if your order has been received before 12am, but under exceptional circumstances or demand, please allow 8-10 working days for the UK and in general for overseas.

How can I track my order once shipped?
Once you order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming the dispatch. You can then reply requesting for the tracking number to trace your consignment. If you need any further help, for example you have not received your parcel or if your parcel has been attempted delivery/ returned to the depot please e-mail or call us on (+ 44) 01908 368258 for further assistance.

Do I have to sign for my order on delivery?
Our delivery service will require signature on delivery and will attempt delivery to your specified delivery address several times. If you are unavailable to receive your delivery they will leave instructions for you to collect the package(s).

If you fail to collect within a week then the items may be returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged but is chargeable. Should you not wish for the item(s) to be re-shipped then the return will be treated as a return as per our returns policy.

What do I do if I wish to return an item?
Any goods which do not meet with your expectations must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt in an unused, undamaged and unsoiled condition in the original branded packaging. A full refund will be given less any external charges incurred, packaging and postage. In the case of return/exchange, no charge will be made other than for shipping. Customised products are non-returnable.

In every case of return, prior notification must be given to Amira Equi and Return Authorisation Number (RAN) obtained.

What do I do if I wish to return an item from overseas?
Returns must be clearly marked "Goods Return to Vendor" on the parcel and on customs documentation if declaration is required. Failure to comply with the above returns guidelines may result in you incurring customs and carrier handling charges on entry to the UK, when returning goods from overseas. Any costs incurred by Amira Equi will be deducted from the refund.

In case of exchange or replacement of products, you will need to place a new order on our website. The return will be credited when the returned goods have been received by us.

How can I use my gift vouchers on the website?
At the checkout, you will be able to use your gift vouchers as part or full payment of your total bill. Enter the coupon code on the invoice page. You can also use the voucher over the telephone in the same way.
