Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our product catalogue, and click "Add to Cart" for any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart, choosing the quantity you require. Once you add to the cart you can view it or continue shopping.
You can view your "Shopping Cart" at any time whilst shopping by clicking the cart icon at the top of the screen. After you have finished making your selections, click on "Continue to Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. For security reasons, payment will be charged at the time of ordering via the online checkout.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or mail should you find that you have problems with the online checkout. If you think there has been a problem with your order please get in touch.
For security, we strongly recommend that you place your order via our website and as part of the ordering you will be required to accept our terms of trading. If orders are made by telephone then our terms of trading as displayed on our website will be deemed to have been accepted.
We will make every effort to maintain the pricing which is stated on the website and/or order acknowledgement email. However, in rare cases, there may be a system error that quotes the wrong price, or that we have had to accept a late manufacturer's price increase or product change. In such an eventuality, we reserve the right to contact you with a revised price before accepting and processing the order. Should you decide not to proceed with the order in such a situation, a full refund will be given within 14 days.
