The GPA helmets have 2 sizes on the inside of the liner CM size and GPA size.
The CM size is the inner circumference of the helmet with the foam uncompressed. The GPA size relates to the user's head size in cm (measured around the widest part of the head).
When ordering measure your head circumference and order that size from the listing below. If your head measure is e.g. 59cm then order a 59 but be aware that the helmet delivered will state 58CM and 59 GPA (the latter being the fit for use size).
When first trying on the helmet it may feel a bit tight but this normal and will settle as the foam adjusts to your head.
